Training is an important part of our aim to increase the capacity of the people we work with. We provide regular training to teachers, facilitators, and community groups in cooperation with our partner organizations. Recently we have run materials development and teaching strategy training with teachers in both Dang and Panchthar districts in order to strengthen multilingual education in primary schools. In addition to being a source of information, training provides a time to reflect on past activities, discuss of future directions, motivate and encourage teachers, and bring together teachers, parents, NGO members, and government officials to align goals and encourage future cooperation.
